Dr. Bell speaks at NVJDC

I was asked to speak at the Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center (NVJDC) to motivate and encourage our young people who are there. It was a very humbling experience. An experience, which made me realize that as a society, we must do better with taking charge of our young people.
