Dr. Bell and Bell Consulting Group, LLC amazing Team which consists of Roger Younger, Qiuan Younger and Kamaryn Younger run the Workforce Development part of the Lead Out Program. Dr. Bell and her Team are able to partner with local employers in the DMV to ensure once the Participants have the necessary skills to go out in the workforce, they are hired by their workforce partners!
